天鹅记忆接骨器的二维光弹研究及其临床康复应用

     

摘要

目的明确天鹅记忆接骨器加压枝的动态记忆加压力值,为术后功能训练提供科学依据,并阐明其临床康复意义.方法应用二维光测弹性力学技术,将天鹅接骨器特有的加压枝的动态记忆应力冻结在环氧树脂板材中,测定天鹅接骨器动态记忆加压肱骨于解剖位的生物力学值.结果天鹅接骨器纵向持续动态加压力为 163.88 N.结论天鹅接骨器特有的持续加压力,保证了早日去除外固定后可接受早期功能锻炼,促进患肢康复.%Aim To definite the dynamic memory compressive force value of the compressive branch of swan-like memory connector (SMC), and to provide scientific foundation for the early exercises after operation, and to enucleate its clinical rehabilitation significance. Methods The dynamic memory compressive force was frozen in the epoxy resin plate by two dimensional photoelasticity technique,so the binomechanics value of dynamic memory compressive force of SMC to treat humeral fracture was calculated, its significance in early functional exercises of clinical rehabilitation was discussed.Results The longitudinal continuous dynamic compressive force of SMC was 163.88 N.Conclusion The unique continuous compressive force of SMC ensure the security of discarding the external fixator,early functional exercises and prompts the recovery of sick limb.
