人脱钙骨基质颗粒的制备及对骨缺损修复的作用

             

摘要

Objective In order to offer a material for the repair of bone defect, especially for the repair of bone defect which caused by bone tumor after the surgical treatment with microwave- induced hyperthermia.Method The decalcified bone matrix (DBM) was made from the fresh bone which was obtained from the dead body of the healthy adults with the developed Urist method and was sterilized with γ - ray.Result DBM offered for the clinical use. There were not any complications after the surgical treatment.Conclusion 1MLDγ - ray can have DBM sterilized and can avoid the lose of DBM activity and can avoid the complications caused by ethylene oxide which usually was used for DBM sterilization. The clinical results have proved that the self- prepared DBM can be used safely in the patients.%目的为临床上修复骨缺损,特别是修复微波诱导高温灭活后遗留的骨缺损提供修复材料。方法取健康成人新鲜尸骨,用改良的 Urist 方法制备成直径 2.5mm的脱钙骨基质颗粒( DBM),γ-射线( 100万拉德)辐射消毒。小白鼠股部肌袋埋入行成骨诱导活性测定。置 80℃冰箱保存备用。结果自制的 DBM( 20g/袋)供应临床使用,未发生任何并发症。结论自制的人 DBM完全能达到临床骨缺损修复应用的标准。
