纳米棒束YPO4:Eu的合成及其发光性能

         

摘要

YPO4: Eu nanorod-clusters (1) was successfully synthesized by molten-salt method in equal moles of NaNO3 and KNO3 using Y( NO3 )3, Eu( NO3 )3 and NH4H2PO4 as the precursors. XRD detection results indicated that 1 began to crystallize at 300 ℃ and fully crystallized at 450 ℃. SEM,TEM and HR-TEM detection results showed that 1 are highly crystalline nanorod-clusters formed by nanorods with width of 40 nm ~ 50 nm, length of 1 000 nm ~ 1 500 nm. Emission and excitation spectra detection results showed the PL intensity of 1 increases with increase of calcination temperature and the optimum doping amount of Eu3+ is 5 mol%.%以硝酸钇、硝酸铕和磷酸二氢铵为反应前躯体,等摩尔的硝酸钠和硝酸钾为反应介质,采用熔盐法合成了YPO<,4>:Eu纳米棒束(1).XRD研究表明,1在300℃开始结晶,450℃结晶完全;SEM,TEM和HR-TEM研究表明,1主要是由结晶度高的纳米棒组成的纳米棒束,尺寸分布均匀,纳米棒束宽50 nm~60 nm,长1 000 m~1 500nm;发射光谱和激发光谱研究表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,1的荧光性能增强;最佳Eu<'3+>的掺杂量为5 mol%.
