2,3-吡嗪二酸锶配合物的合成及其晶体结构与荧光性能

         

摘要

2,3-吡嗪二酸(H2pdc)和SrCO3反应合成了配合物[Sr(pdc) (H2O)2]·H2O(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征.1属单斜晶系,空间群P21,晶胞参数a=10.520(10)(2)(A),b=7.050(6)(A),c=13.575(10)(A),β=94.330(7)°,V=1 003.9(14) (A)3,Z=4,Dc =2.036 g·cm-3,μ=5.395mm-1,F(000)=608,R1=0.040 0,ωR2 =0.102 7,S=1.069.1的不对称单元中含有一个Sr(Ⅱ)原子,Sr(Ⅱ)中心采取八配位的双帽三棱柱几何构型,配体H2pdc中的2个羧基采用不同的配位模式,其中1个羧基采取μ2η:η1-桥联配位模式,而另外1个采取μ2-η1:η1桥联配位模式,整个pdc2-作为μ4-桥联结4个不同的Sr(Ⅱ)原子形成(4,4)拓扑结构的二维网;二维网再由O -H----O氢键进一步将二维层联结在一起形成三维结构.在355nm激发波长激发下,1的最大发射峰在628 nm.%Strontium complex with 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid(H2pdc),[Sr(pdc) (H2O)2] · H2O (1),was synthesized by the reaction of H2pdc with SrCO3. The structure was confirmed by IR,elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. 1 belongs to monoclinic crystal system,space group P21 with a = 10.520(10)(2) A,6=7.050(6) A,c =13.575(10) A,β=94.330(7)°,V = l 003.9(14) A3,Z=4,Dc=2.036g·cm-3,μ=5.395 mm-1,F(000) =608,S = 1.069,R1 =0.0400,ωR2 =0.102 7. The asymmetric unit in 1 contains a independent Sr(E) atom center. The Sr(II) atom is eight-coordinated with a distorted bicapped trigonal prism geometry. Two carboxylate groups of pdc " anion adopt different coordination modes. One carboxylate group adopts a μ2-η2:η1 -bridging mode,while the other adopts a μ2-η1:η1-bridging coordination mode. The whole pdc2- anion acts as a Μ4-bridge linking four Sr(H) atoms generating a two-dimensional (4,4) topological network structure. The two-dimensional network structure are connected together to form three-dimensional structure by O- H-O hydrogen bonding interactions. The maximum peak of 1 is at 628 nm under excitation wavelengths of 355 nm.
