2-甲氧基-3-氟-4-碘吡啶的合成

         

摘要

2-甲氧基-3-氟-4-碘吡啶是一个重要的医药化工中间体,其合成路线未见文献报道.以2-甲氧基-3-氟-5-氯吡啶为起始原料,经氢解和碘代两步反应合成标题化合物,总收率62.8%,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS确证.%3-Fluoro-4-iodo-2-methoxypyridine is an important pharmaceutical chemical intermediate, and its synthetic route has never been reported in the literature. In this paper,the target compound with the total yield of 62.8% was synthesized by the hydrolysis,iodine substitution with 5-chloro-3-fluoro-2-methoxypyridine as the starting material. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS.
