Objective To observe the clinical effects of treatment for closed avulsion injury in lateral collat-eral ligament of interphalangeal joint by Mitck Mini anchor with herbal fumigation. Methods Forty-three pa-tients with closed avulsion injury in lateral collateral ligament of interphalangeal joint, were divided into Experi-mental group (22 cases, 25 fingers) and Control group (21 cases, 23 fingers), Treatment by Mitck Mini anchor with herbal fumigation was applied in Experimental group, while pure opera- tion treatment by Mitck Mini An-chor was applied in Control group. All patients were followed up in period ranged from 6 to 22 months, averag-ing 8.3 months curative effect was evaluated according to Saetta function evaluation standard. Results The re-sult in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group in finger swelling of joint , with sta-tistically significant difference (P<0.05). The fineness rate in experimental group was 84%, which was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group 57% in finger functional recovery.the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). All the cases had no line rejection and joint instability, the anchor had no loose and abscission. Conclusion The clinical effects of experimental treatment for closed avulsion injury in lateral collat-eral ligament of interphalangeal joint by Mitck Mini anchor and herbal fumigation were markedly superior to those of pure operation treatment. Relief of postopera-tive pain and swelling of joint are also prominent.% 目的：观察微型骨锚钉技术配合中药外洗治疗指间关节侧副韧带闭合性撕脱伤的效果。方法：将43例48指指间关节侧副韧带闭合性撕脱性损伤的患者，分成治疗组（22例25指）和对照组（21例23指），治疗组采用微型骨锚钉技术配合中药外洗治疗，对照组应用单纯微型骨锚钉技术治疗，术后随访6~22个月，平均8.3个月，按Saetta功能评定标准进行疗效评定。结果：术后4周、6周手指关节肿胀消退情况比较，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。手指功能恢复情况比较，治疗组优良率（84%）明显高于对照组（57%），差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。所有病例均未出现伤口线结排斥反应及关节不稳。未见锚钉松动、脱落。结论：应用微型骨锚钉技术配合中药外洗治疗手指侧副韧带损伤，疗效明显优于单纯手术治疗，在缓解术后关节肿痛方面表现尤为突出。
