三黄解毒汤防治混合痔术后并发症250例

摘要

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of prevention and treatment for the postopera⁃tive complications of mixed hemorrhoids with San Huang Tang. Methods Five hundred cases with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups. After the operation and regular treatment in both groups,the study group started the treatment of fumigation and sitz bath with San Huang Tang for seven days,while the con⁃trol group did not. Comparison was done on wound healing and pain and other complications. Results In the first 24 hours the wound pain score of the treatment group was 5.14 ± 1.52, and in control group 5.42 ± 1.40. On the fourth day in the treatment group the wound edema score was 1.08 ± 0.35, 1.32 ± 0.43 in control group. In the treatment group the pain score was 2.45 + 0.21, while 3.77 ± 0.31 in control group.The treatment group bleeding score was 1.49 ± 0.56, while the control group was 1.62 ± 0.45.There were statistical significances be⁃tween the two groups in those postoperative complication scores (P<0.05). Conclusion The Curative effect of San Huang Tang is better than that of conventional treatment in postoperative complications of mixed hemor⁃rhoids.%目的：评价三黄解毒汤熏蒸坐浴防治混合痔术后并发症疗效。方法：将500例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用三黄解毒汤熏蒸坐浴，对照组采用高锰酸钾液熏洗坐浴。观察创面愈合及疼痛等术后并发症情况。结果：治疗组术后第24 h疼痛评分为（5.14±1.52），对照组为（5.42±1.40）；治疗组第4 d创面水肿评分（1.08±0.35），对照组为（1.32±0.43）；治疗组疼痛评分（2.45±0.21），对照组为（3.77±0.31）；治疗组出血评分（1.49±0.56），对照组为（1.62±0.45），两组比较，差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。结论：混合痔术后采用三黄解毒汤熏蒸坐浴，可减轻肛缘水肿，减少疼痛、减少出血。
