研究了在室温下用(1+1)HNO3 溶解Sb-Te合金薄膜,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Sb、Te的含量。其结果表明,方法准确,可靠,加标回收率为96%—105%,RSD为0.4%—4.4%。%The relative composition measurement of antimony(Sb) and tellurium(Te) was carried out in the flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The antimony tellurid ealloy films was dissolved by(1+1)HNO3 at room temperature.The recovery is 96%—105% and the RSD is 0.4%—4.4%.The method is simple and reliable with high precision and accuracy.
