深圳市南山区2001~2010年登记的活动性肺结核病人管理与治疗效果分析

摘要

Objectives To evaluate the effect of National Tuberculosis Programme implemented in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Methods Data was collected from monthly and seasonal reports during 2001～2010 of Nanshan District, anddescriptive analysis was a-dapted to illustrate the effect indicators of active tuberculosis patients registered from 2001 to 2010. Results The registered rate of active tuberculosis patients rose from 36. 21/100 000 in 2001 to 69. 04/100 000 in 2010. The smear-negative rate and the cure rate of the smear-positive tuberculosis patients had both achieved the requirement of National Tuberculosis Program (2001 ～ 2010) at the end of 2nd and 3rd month. Conclusions Remarkable effect have been achieved in tuberculosis control in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and this has provided scientific evidence for the tuberculosis control progamme of the next ten years.%目的 评估深圳市南山区结核病防治10年规划期间,活动性肺结核病人管理与治疗效果.方法 数据来源于南山区2001~2010年结核病相关报表,采用描述性分析方法,统计分析2001~2010年登记的活动性肺结核病人各项管治效果指标.结果 结核病防治10年规划期间,活动性肺结核登记率由36.21/10万上升到69.04/10万,涂阳肺结核病人2月末及3月末阴转率及治愈率均达到或超过国家<结核病防治规划(2001~2010)>要求.结论南山区在结核病防治10年规划期间,结核病防治工作取得了显著成效,为下一个10年防治规划提供了事实依据.
