关于推进医疗服务供给侧改革的探讨

摘要

基于医疗服务供给侧改革的理论,针对老百姓、政府、医院和医生对医疗服务不满意的现状,提出了医疗服务供给侧存在着供给总量不足、供给质量不高、供给结构不合理等问题,建议推进医疗服务供给侧改革要从以下方面着手:运用"互联网+分级诊疗"优化资源配置;探索新型医疗人才管理模式,加强对全科医师的培养;改革医疗机构的人事薪酬制度,调动广大医生的积极性;多方举措促进社会资本办医.%Based on the theory of medical service supply-side reforms, in the face of the status that the people, the government, the hospital and the doctor were not satisfied with the status quo of medical service supply side, this article summarized several problems about the medical service supply side, for example, the medical service was not enough, the supply quality was not high, the supply structure was unreasonable and so on.Suggestions were proposed from the following aspects to promote the medical service supply-side reforms, for example, using of"Internet plus hierarchical diagnosis and treatment"to optimize the allocation of resources;exploring new medical talent management model to strengthen the training of general practitioners;reforming the medical personnel compensation system to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of doctors;providing various measures to promote social capital for medical treatment.
