基于TOPSIS和不确定语言的作战系统功能设备配置方案评价

         

摘要

通过分析舰载作战系统功能设备配置方案优化过程,建立了基于不确定语言的功能设备配置方案评价模型,提出了模型中参数确定方法.采用逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)对各方案进行排序,形成了舰载作战系统功能设备配置方案综合评价方法.通过对某型舰作战系统警戒探测设备配置方案进行评价及实装分析,验证了建立的模型和设计的方法是合理可行的.%Through analyzing the optimization process of combat system configuration in naval vessel, a model of the system configuration for evaluating functions was set up by means of uncertain linguistics.The method was proposed to define the parameters of model. Alternatives available for selection were arranged into proper sequence with TOPSIS algorithm, and an overall evaluation method for combat system configuration was shaped out. This method was applied to a type of shipboard combat system and evaluate configuration scheme of reconnaissance and detection system for installation application. The application validates the rationality and feasibility of the evaluating model and method proposed.
