In order to solve the reliability of long communication of wireless sensor networks in industrial environment, the optimization design is conducted for its radio receiving circuit. With the multi-channel method based on dynamic distribution, a practical WSN protocol is proposed and implemented. The paper discusses the desigen method of various sensor interface used on the state monitoring of large-scale equipments. The practical results show that,the developed WSN can effectively increase WSN's real-time quality and anti-interference's ability,and satisfy the demand of field testing or working equipment monitoring.%为解决复杂工业环境下无线传感器网络的长距离可靠通信问题,对射频接收电路进行了优化设计.采用动静态分配的多信道方法提出并实现了一种实用的通信协议,还研究了装备状态监测用传感接口的设计方法.通过实际测试,表明所研制的传感器网络实时性和抗干扰性明显提高,能满足大型装备的现场监测要求.
