基于约束策略的WSN低能耗粒子滤波跟踪算法

     

摘要

Object tracking is one of the key techniques in wireless sensor network.How to ensure low energy con⁃sumption on the premise of achieving accurate tracking of moving objects in the monitoring scene is a problem to be solved. We propose particle filter tracking algorithm of low energy consumption for wireless sensor network based on restrict strategy on the basis of in-depth research and analysis of sensor network. The algorithm uses dynamic clustering,which reduces the energy consumption of the network as well as ensuring the number of monitoring tar⁃get nodes. In the tracking process,restrict strategy is used to get estimation region and optimize particle sampling re⁃sult,meanwhile improves the state-space model and enhances the particle’s tracking capability of objects. Simula⁃tion results show that the proposed tracking algorithm effectively achieves object tracking ,ensures low energy con⁃sumption and improves tracking accuracy.%目标跟踪是无线传感器网络研究的关键技术之一,如何在保证较低能量消耗的前提下,实现监测场景中运动目标准确跟踪是需要解决的问题。在深入研究分析传感器网络目标跟踪算法的基础上,提出了基于约束策略的WSN低能耗粒子滤波跟踪算法。该算法采用动态分簇,既减少网络的能量消耗,又保证监测目标节点的数量;在跟踪过程中,采用约束策略得出目标估计区域,对粒子采样结果进行优化,同时对状态空间模型进行改进,增强粒子对目标的跟踪能力。仿真结果表明,提出的跟踪算法有效的实现目标的跟踪,在保证低能耗的同时提高了跟踪精度。
