基于水体-电极系统的机理分析,设计并实现了一种新型的电导率传感器.传感器采用平面矩形线圈与叉指电极混合结构.通过搭建自动化实验平台,采用交流阻抗技术,对研制的传感器进行实测,以获得传感器在不同溶液、不同频率信号激励下的阻抗数据.经过与商用电导率传感器进行数据拟合,找出了阻抗数据与电导率之间的函数关系.实验证明,该电导率传感器是一种灵敏度高、稳定性强的测量工具,其测量精度达到了商用传感器标准,为水溶液电导率的测量提供了一个低成本的解决方案.%A new conductivity sensor is designed and realized based on the detection mechanism analysis of elec-trode-water system. The structure of the planar electrodesensor combine the rectangular coils with interdigital elec-trodes.An automated test platform was built and AC impedance spectroscopy was adopted to obtain the impedance data of the sensor under the different test solutions and frequencies of excitation signal. Fitting with commercial con-ductivity sensor,the relationship of the detection impedance of planar electrode sensor and actual conductivity of tes-ting sample was found out. The experimental results show the conductivity sensor is a measuring tool with high sen-sitivity and strong stability. It can be compared to commercial conductivity sensors and provide a low-cost solution for conductivity measurement of aqueous solutions.
