区域性医药期刊集群建设的探索

摘要

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the development strategy for the construction of medical journal clusters to provide references for the establishment of journal brand images and optimization of journal resource utilization.[Methods] With the main focus for the construction of medical journal clusters in Jiangsu Province,the journal region linkage development was constructed with creation of journal array which combined military journals with civilian journals.[Findings] On the basis of sharing platform building,the promotion plans of high-quality journal projects is perfected,and talent cultivation,quality control,edition specification,publication and distribution and graphic design are improved.[Conclusions] The academic quality and journal overall competitiveness have been strengthened since the overall influence of medical journal cluster is promoted.%[目的]探索区域性医药期刊集群建设与发展思路,为强化期刊集群的资源叠加效能、树立品牌形象提供参考.[方法]以江苏省医药期刊集群建设为着力点,通过打造专业期刊互助、军地期刊联动的区域性期刊方阵,构建功能穿插、资源互补的期刊集群发展平台.[结果]在共建平台的基础上健全和完善精品期刊项目提升计划,集群内各刊在人才培养、质量审读、编校规范、出版发行、装帧设计等方面得以提升.[结论]区域性期刊集群的影响力整体化提升,为强化期刊学术质量与整体竞争力提供条件.
