单中心 TVT-O 术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效及经验总结

摘要

目的：探讨经闭孔阴道无张力吊带术（TVT-O）治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的疗效。方法对女性 SUI 患者采用 TVT-O 治疗38例，观察治疗疗效，并总结治疗的经验。结果 TVT-O 手术用时15～30 min，平均（25．1±1．2）min。1例患者因术后仍有尿失禁行吊带调整，术后住院30 d；余37例术后住院2～10 d，平均（5．6±1．0）d。患者治愈率为94．74％。结论 TVT-O 手术微创、操作简便、手术时间短、治愈率高、并发症轻，是治疗女性 SUI 的有效方法。%Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of the transobturator vaginal tape inside-out (TVT-O) procedure in women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods Thirty-eight patients with SUI underwent the TVT-O procedure. Results TVT-O was performed on patients for 1 5-30 min with an average of 25.1 4min.The patients were hospitalized for 2-1 0 d with an average of 5.6 d after operation.The overall recovery rate was 96.8%. Conclusion TVT-O is a mini-invasive surgery,and is simple and reliable with few complications in the treatment of female SUI.
