Objective: To observe the influence of the firing activity of internal segment of g10bus pallidus(GPi) of Parkinson's disease(PD) rat models with high frequency electric stimulation on parafascicular nucleus (PF). Method: The 6-hydroxyl dopamine was injected into substantia nigra compacta(SNc) and ventra tegmental area (VTA) to make rat models of PD. In experiment group PF of PD rats were stimulated (electric intensity 1.5V, pulse interval 0.06ms,frequency 150Hz) and normal rats were as control group. GPi 10cal field potentials (LFPs) were recorded in both groups.rnResult: GPi LFPs of PD rats in 7-30Hz frequency range of PD rats decreased(P<0.01), in 30-100Hz frequency range increased(P<0.05).After PF of PD rats was stimulated for the first time, the percentage of GPi LFPs in 7-12Hz frequency range improved compared with PD rats(P<0.05). After the first stimulation GPi LFPs in 7-30Hz frequency range decreased further(P<0.01).rnConclusion: The percentage of GPi LFPs in 10w frequency range decreased extremely significantly, while that in high frequency range increased significantly. 10w LFPs of GPi can be improved by electric stimulation in PF.%目的:以丘脑束旁核(PF)为刺激靶点,观察高频电刺激对帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)模型大鼠内侧苍白球(GPi)放电的影响.方法:在黑质致密部(SNc)和中脑腹侧被盖区(VTA)两点注射6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)制作PD模型大鼠.实验组电刺激(强度1.5V,脉冲间隔0.06ms,频率150Hz)PD大鼠PF,正常大鼠为对照组,比较刺激前后两组大鼠记录的GPi局部场电位(LFPs).结果:PD大鼠GPi LFPs在7-30Hz频段占总信号百分比减小(P<0.01),而30-100Hz频段增加(P<0.05).第一次电刺激PD大鼠PF后,GPi LFPs在7-12Hz频段有所改善(P<0.05),在第一次电刺激后的刺激效果表现为GPi LFPs在7-30Hz频段进一步减小(P<0.01).结论:PD大鼠GPi LFPs低频段占总信号百分比极其显著减小,高频段显著增多,电刺激PF能够改善GPi低频LF-Ps.
