蒸发器盘管结霜特性的实验研究

     

摘要

Frosting characteristics on evaporator coil were experimentally studied in various frosting cases. The effects of three controlling factors, air relative humidity, coil surface temperature and driven temperature, on the frosting characteristics were investigated. The dynamic variations of the air pressure drop over the coil and cooling capacity during the frosting were obtained. The frost distributions at the air inlet and outlet and the coil were presented. The experimental results show that the three controlling factors have distinct effects on the frosting characteristics. The lower relative humidity, higher coil surface temperature and lower driven temperature inhibit the frost growth. The study provides experiences for future frosting characteristics research.%本文在不同结霜工况下对蒸发器盘管的结霜特性进行了实验研究,考察了空气的相对湿度、盘管表面温度和驱动温度三种控制因素对盘管结霜特性的影响,得出了盘管空气侧的压力降、制冷量在结霜过程中的动态变化规律,以及空气进出口侧的结霜情况、盘管管排的霜层分布特点。实验结果表明,这三种控制因素对蒸发器盘管的结霜性能有不同程度的影响。较低的相对湿度,较高的盘管表面温度,较低的驱动温度都可抑制霜层的生长。为以后的结霜性能研究提供了较好的研究经验。
