^151Eu Moessbauer Spectra and Electrical Property for Solid Solutions Ce1-xEuxO2-δ

         

摘要

Solid solutions Ce1-xEuxO2-δ(x=0.05~0.5) were prepared at 800℃ by sol-gel method. The grain size was ealeulated to be ca. 60nm. XRD data analysis shows that all solid solutions are erystallized in a single eubie fluorite phase (x≤0.4). The solid solution limit is about x=0.4. All Eu ions are determined to be trivalent by ^151Eu Moessbauer measurements. The isomer shifts (IS) of the solid solution are increased with increasing dopant x.
