Coprecipilation Reaction Synthesis and Photoluminescence of Rare Earth Phosphate-Vanadate Phosphors

摘要

By coprecipitation reaction ,rare earth doped yttrium phosphate-vanadate phosphors were prepared.These phosphors were characterized by XRD,SEM,and photoluminescence under 147 or 254nm excitation.The SEM image shows that the size of the phosphor particles is uniform and less than 1μm.
