组合开关高功率脉冲调制电路的研究

         

摘要

采用环形电极结构的气体火花开关和电爆炸丝断路开关,研制了高功率脉冲调制电路。该电路通过压缩陡化爆炸磁频率发生器的输出而产生上升沿为纳秒级的宽频脉冲信号。结合球形和平面形结构电极,对环形电极脉冲陡化实验进行对比分析;根据电爆炸丝电阻率与比作用量的关系,在电路仿真软件Pspice中建立模型,并对电爆炸丝快速断路特性的数值仿真以及相关的实验研究;最后,进行了脉冲调制电路的实验,结果表明:在注入能量为35kV时,获得了上升沿为1.68ns、峰值为197kV的脉冲电压信号,压缩能量达到5倍以上,为下一步脉冲调制电路与爆磁压缩发生器的联合调试提供了理论依据和实验支持。%The high-power pulse modulation is designed by combing electric exploding opening switch(EEOS) with gas switch with annular electrode.This circuit is designed to modulate the output of magnetic flux compression generator(MFCG).Firstly,the experiment to test the steepening effect of gas switches with electrode shapes in hemisphere,annular and flat with inverted round horn are carried out and analyzed.The high-speed breaking characteristic of EEOS is analyzed numerically and experimentally according to the relative of specific action and resistivity by software Pspice.At last,the experiment on the pulse modulation is made.The results show that when the charging voltage is 35kV,the rising time of the pulse voltage obtained from the load is 1.68 ns,the peak value is 197 kV,and the energy is compressed by 5 times or more.The results from the simulation and experiment are roughly matched.It offers theoretical basis and experimental support for the joint experiment combing the pulse modulation circuit with the explosive magnetic flux compression generators.
