参加第二十九届北京奥运会安全保卫工作军人的心理压力及相关因素

摘要

目的 探讨参加第二十九届北京奥运会安全保卫工作军人(以下简称"安保军人")的心理健康与职业压力及相关因素的关系.方法 采用随机整群取样法,使用<军人职业压力量表>和<军人心理疾病预测量表>(MDPSS)对631名安保军人(研究组)及587名非安保军人(对照组)进行测试.结果 (1)研究组和对照组的MDPSS及职业压力大部分因子间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).(2)研究组官兵的心理素质、职业压力与其心理障碍的发生具有明显的正相关性(r为0.14～0.70,P＜0.01).(3)影响参加奥运会安保军人心理健康的主要因素是心理防御不良、应激源、领导能力、成长经历、个性内向、婚姻、军旅特殊生活和社会支持缺乏.结论 参加奥运会安保军人心理健康受到明显影响.%Objective To explore the correlation between maintain security servicemen's mental health and occupation stress and related factors in Peking Olympic Games, and observe the effect of the intervention to them who suffered troubles.Methods By cluster random sampling, 631 maintain security military personnel ( investigation group) and 587 army men not taking part in maintain security ( control group) were investigated with the Military Occupational Stress Scale and Mental Disorder Predictive Scale for Servicemen.Mental intervention or medication was performed to those produced mental disorders.Results (1) There were apparently statistical significance in factor scores of Mental Disorder Prediction Scale for Servicemen and Military Occupational Stress Scale between investigation group and control group ( P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ).( 2 ) Psychological diathesis and occupational stress of officers and soldiers in investigation group showed a positive correlation with mental disorders (psychoticism, depression, mania, neurosis and personality excursion) (r ranged from 0.14 to 0.70, P ＜0.01).(3) The psychological dys-defense, stressor, leadership, growth experience, personality introvert, marriage, military life experience and social support deficit were the main factors which had affected on mental health of officers and soldiers who attended the maintain security in Peking Olympic Games.Conclusion There is an obviously influence on mental health of officers and soldiers who attended the maintain security in Peking Olympic Games.
