冠状前半颅开颅在对冲性双侧额叶脑挫裂伤中的应用体会

摘要

目的：探讨冠状前半颅开颅在对冲性双侧额叶脑挫裂伤中的治疗效果及手术要点。方法回顾性分析12例运用冠状前半颅开颅手术治疗的对冲性双侧额叶脑挫裂伤病例的临床资料。结果术后发生硬膜下积液3例，无其他并发症发生；术后6个月GOS评分：良好3例，轻残4例，重残3例，死亡2例。结论冠状前半颅开颅是治疗对冲性双侧额叶脑挫裂伤的有效术式，把握手术时机、掌握手术要点可提高疗效，降低病死率和致残率。%Objective To investigate the curative effect of front half coronal cranial craniotomy on treating patients with hedge bilateral frontal cerebral contusion.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with hedge bilateral frontal cerebral contu‐sion treated with front half coronal cranial craniotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results 3 cases of patients occurred sub‐dural effusion after operation ;6 months GOS score after operation, there were 3 cases of good condition, 4 cases of mild disa‐bility, 3 cases of severe disabilities and 2 cases of death.Conclusion Front half coronal cranial craniotomy can significantly in‐crease the curative effect of patients with hedge bilateral frontal cerebral contusion, lower the mortality and morbidity of pa‐tients.
