文拉法辛联合认知行为治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症的临床效果。方法将80例帕金森病合并抑郁症患者随机分为2组，对照组单纯给予文拉法辛治疗，观察组给予文拉法辛＋认知行为疗法治疗；比较2组临床效果和不良反应。结果观察组汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（PDQ-39）显著优于对照组（P＜0.05或 P＜0.01），2组不良反应发生率无显著差异（ P＞0.05）。结论文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症的临床效果显著，建议临床推广。%Objective To investigate the curative effect of venlafaxin plus cognitive behavior on treating patients with par-kinson's disease combined with depression. Methods 80 patients with parkinson's disease combined with depression were ran-domly divided into the control group (n=40 ,treated with venlafaxin ) and observation group (n=40 ,treated with venlafaxin plus cognitive behavior). The curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The HAMD and PDQ-39 of observation group were better than these of control group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01) ,but there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Venlafaxin plus cognitive be-havior has better curative effect on treating patients with parkinson's disease combined with depression ,which is worthy of clin-ical application.
