Objective To investigate the clinical significance of electrocardiogram (ECG) and cardiac muscle enzyme spec-tral changes of patients with severe brain trauma· Methods 86 patients with brain trauma in our hospital from Aug· 2011 to Jul· 2013 were divided into the A group (GCS score>8 ,mild brain trauma) and B group (GCS score ≤ 8 ,severe brain trau-ma) according to GCS scores on admission· The ECG ,myocardial enzymes of two groups were compared·Results The ECG abnormal rate of B group was higher than that of A group ,which had significant difference;the AST ,CK ,CKMB ,LDH and HBDH of B group were better than these of A group·Conclusion The abnormal changes of ECG and myocardial enzyme spec-trum in patients with brain damage has correlation with the trauma degree ,which can be used to judge the injury and prognosis of patients with brain damage.%目的:分析严重颅脑外伤患者心电图及心肌酶谱改变的临床意义。方法将我院2011-08-2013-07收治的颅脑外伤患者86例纳入本研究,根据入院时GCS评分分组。其中GCS评分>8分者为轻度颅脑损伤(A组),GCS评分≤8分者为严重颅脑损伤(B组)。对比2组患者心电图、心肌酶谱等方面的差异。结果对比2组心电图检查结果,B组心电图异常率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。心肌酶谱检查结果B组AST、CK、CKMB、LDH、HBDH等指标明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论颅脑外伤患者心电图及心肌酶谱异常改变,与创伤严重程度具有一定的相关性,早期检查心电图和血清心肌酶可辅助判断伤情和预后。
