Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From September 2010 to September 2010 ,70 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital neurology were randomly divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35).Control group was given routine nursing care ;observation group was given psychological intervention based on the routine nursing care.The compliance behavior and quality of life of patients in the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After the psychological intervention treatment ,the rate of compliance behavior in observation group was significantly higher than the control group ,with a significant difference (P< 0.05);The quality of life in observation group improved more significantly than that of control group ,there was a significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction , psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance behavior ,and the patients'quality of life ,and is worth of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨心理护理干预对脑梗死患者遵医行为和生存质量的影响。方法选取2010-09-2012-09我院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者70例，随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加以心理干预，比较2组患者治疗后遵医行为和生存质量情况。结果心理干预治疗后，观察组遵医率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生存质量改善显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对脑梗死患者实施心理护理干预，可有效提高患者遵医行为，改善患者生存质量，值得在临床推广应用。
