老年脑血管病急性期并发症及分析

摘要

目的：探讨老年脑血管病急性期并发症以及临床结局。方法将208例脑血管病患者按脑血管病类型随机分组，脑梗死组96例，脑出血组112例。比较2组并发症及治疗结局。结果2组患者并发症前3位是肺部感染、高血糖以及电解质紊乱；2组患者的二次出血发生率、脑出血组发生率明显高于脑梗死组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。208例患者中出现并发症199例，其中13例死亡，病死率为6.53％，余186例痊愈出院。结论脑血管病患者可有多种并发症，包括电解质紊乱及肺部感染等，是导致死亡重要原因，应注意预防。%Objective To study the prognosis and complications type of senile cerebrovascular disease in the acute phase . Methods Totally 208 patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly grouped according to cerebrovascular disease type . Ninety -six cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients in cerebral infarction group and 112 cases of hemorrhagic enceph-alopathy patients in cerebral hemorrhage group .Complications and outcome of treatment of two groups were compared .Results The complications in the two groups were lung infection ,high blood glucose ,and electrolyte disturbances .The occurrence of secondary bleeding rate of cerebral hemorrhage group was obviously higher than that of cerebral infarction group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Of the 208 patients ,199 patients with complications ,including 13 cases died ,and the mortality rate was 6 .53% .The rest patients were healed .Conclusion Senile cerebrovascular disease patients can have a variety of complications ,including electrolyte disorder and pulmonary infection ,which is the leading cause of death ;we should pay attention to the prevention .
