目的 分析鼠神经生长因子治疗中度、重度痴呆的疗效.方法 抽选新乡市第一人民医院2013-08—2016-08收治的老年痴呆患者103例,观察组53例(23例中度痴呆,30例重度痴呆),应用安理申、脑复康片口服,鼠神经生长因子20μg静脉注射;对照组50例(24例中度痴呆,26例重度痴呆),应用常规药物及康复锻炼.治疗1个月与3个月后评估MMSE、CDR、ADL评分.结果 观察组认知功能、痴呆程度及生活自理能力好转幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 鼠神经生长因子治疗老年痴呆,可短期内改善患者认知功能,减轻痴呆症状,提高患者生活自理水平,药用安全性良好.%Objective To analyze the effect of the mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of moderate dementia and se-vere dementia patients .Methods A total of 103 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly selected in the First People's Hospital of Xinxiang from Aug .2013 to Aug .2016 .Of these patients ,53 were assigned to observation group (23 cases of moderate dementia ,30 cases of severe dementia ,treated with oral Aricept and Piracetam and mouse nerve growth factor 20 μg) .50 cases were assigned to control group(24 case of moderate dementia ,26 cases of serve dementia ,treated only with conventional medicine and rehabilitation training) .All patients were tested by cognitive function(MMSE) ,the degree of improvement of dementia(CDR) and the ability of daily life(ADL)1 month and 3 months after treatment .Results The cognitive function ,degree of dementia and self-care ability of the patients with (moderate)severe dementia in observation group were improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05) ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion Intravenous therapy of mouse nerve growth factor in patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve cognitive function in the short term ,alleviate the symptoms of dementia and im-prove the self-care ability with higher safety .
