IL-2、IL-4在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及宫颈癌中的表达

摘要

目的 研究白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)及宫颈癌中的表达及意义.方法 选取宫颈活检组织92例(其中宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织38例,CINⅠ组织10例,CIN Ⅱ组织7例,CINⅢ组织5例,宫颈正常或炎症组织32例),采用原位杂交法检测IL-2 mRNA、IL-4 mRNA在样本中的表达.结果 IL-2在正常或炎症组织、CIN Ⅰ、CIN Ⅱ、CINⅢ组织、宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率分别为62.5%、100%、0.0、0.0、10.5%,IL-4在各组织中阳性表达率分别为12.5%、50%、57.1%、80.0%、84.2%,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 随着宫颈病变严重程度的增加,宫颈局部组织内IL-2表达下降,IL-4表达升高,发生了Th1向Th2的漂移.%Objective To study the expression and significance of IL-2 and IL-4 in the tissues of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasis(CIN). Methods Ninety-two biopsy cervical tissues(including 38 cases of cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma,10 of CIN Ⅰ,7 of CINⅡ,5 of CIN Ⅲ,32 of normal or inflammation cervical tissue)were studied.IL-2 mRNA and IL-4 mRNA were detected with in situ hybridization. Results The positive expression rates of IL-2 in the controls,CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer were 62.5%,100%,0.0,0.0 and 10.5%respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of IL-4 were 12.5%,50%,57.1%,80.0%and 84.2%respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the increasing of levels of cervical lesions,the expression of IL-2 reduces in the local cervical tissues,and the expression of IL-4 increases. There happened the drift from Th1 to Th2.
