29例局部复发性直肠癌再手术治疗

摘要

Objective To summarize the experience in surgical resection of locally recurrent rectal cancer.Methods Twenty-nine patients with rectal cancer local recurrence were surgically treated.Results The resection rates,3-year survival rates of asymptomatic and symptomatic patients,were 83.3％ and 35.3％,58.3％ and 29.4％,respectively.The differences were statistically significant.With regard to the sites of recurrence,intrapelvic cavity recurrence had the lowest resection rate and survival rate.Conclusions Surgical resection is a practical and effective method for the treatment of rectal cancer local recurrence.Regular follow-up checks and early diagnosis are the most important factors influencing resection rate and survival rate.%目的 总结直肠癌局部复发的手术治疗经验.方法 对29例局部复发性直肠癌患者进行再手术治疗.结果 无症状者和有症状者的手术切除率分别为83.3％和33.3％,3年生存率分别为58.3％和29.4％,两者比较差异有统计学意义.另外从复发部位来看,无论是切除率还是生存率均以盆腔复发者最低.结论 外科手术是治疗局部复发性直肠癌切实有效的方法,而定期复查、早期诊断又是影响切除率和生存率的最重要因素.
