无心电图异常胸痛患者64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断价值

摘要

目的 对无心电图(ECG)异常胸痛患者进行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影,分析其诊断价值.方法 对80例有冠心病或心绞痛病史但ECG无ST段变化患者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影或(和)经皮选择性冠状动脉造影术.结果 以经皮选择性冠状动脉造影作为参照标准,64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为97.33％,特异性为71.43％,假阴性率为5.71％,假阳性率为0.结论 64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对心电图正常的胸痛患者具有良好的诊断价值,与经皮选择性冠状动脉造影术相的特异性和敏感性具有可比性.%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of sixty-four slice spiral CT in chest pain patients with normal electrocardiogram.Methods Eighty patients of suspected angina pectoris without ST-segment evolvement underwent sixty-four slice spiral CT coronary angiography and (or) conventional percutaneous coronary angiography.Results Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,the sensitivity,specificity,the false negative rate and false positive rate of sixty-four slice spiral CT in diagnosing moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 97.33％,71.43％,5.71％ and 0,respectively.Conclusions Sixty-four slice spiral CT coronary angiography has clinical value in diagnosing chest pain patients with normal electrocardiogram and can provide informations about coronary morphology for advanced interventional therapy.
