Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring elderly isolated systolic hypertension.Methods Fifty-four elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were taking enalapril 5-10 mg,or in accordance with enalapril 10 mg combinated with hydrochlorothiazide 25 to 50 mg a total of eight weeks,before and after medication for 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Results Enalapril combinated with hydrochlorothiazide therapy group and in accordance with enalapril monotherapy group can effectively reduce patients' systolic blood pressure (P ＜ 0.05) and patients' circadian rhythm was restored(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure can effectively monitore blood pressure levels in elderly isolated systolic hypertension,and scientifically evaluate the efficacy of antihypertensive drugs.%目的 评价24 h动态血压在监测老年单纯性收缩期高血压中的临床价值.方法 选取54例老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者,随机服用依那普利5 ～10 mg或依那普利5～10 mg联合氢氯噻嗪25 ～ 50 mg共8周,服药前后行24 h动态血压监测.结果 依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪联合治疗组和依那普利单药治疗组均能有效降低收缩压(P＜0.05),昼夜血压节律得到恢复(P＜0.05).结论 24 h动态血压能有效监测老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者的血压水平,科学地评价降压药物的疗效.
