Objective To improve the knowledge of concealed penis and to select modified sur-gical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 34 children with concealed penis were retrospectively an-alyzed. All children underwent surgical treatment of improving devine technique and transferred of the pe-nile ventral flap. In the 27 cases,the congenital dartoic fascia dysplasia of penile shaft were resected and dennodesis of root of the penile were applied with transferred of the penile ventral flap. Results All ca-ses had an effective exposure of penis postoperatively. Two to thirty-eight months follow-up,27 children showed that all the penile grew normal and the results were satisfactory. Conclusions The surgical treat-ment can effectively treat concealed penis and the modified Devine incision with transferred of the penile ventral flap is one of the ideal surgical treatment to correct the disease in children with simple,quick re-covery,less complications and satisfactory efficacy.%目的：提高对隐匿阴茎的认识，选择设计并改良效果理想的手术方式。方法回顾性分析34例被误治后的隐匿型阴茎患儿的临床资料，采用改良Devine术式并设计阴茎腹侧皮瓣转移，切除发育异常的阴茎肉膜纤维条索，并将阴茎根部皮肤固定成角，转移阴茎腹侧部分包皮至背侧。结果34例患儿术后阴茎均显露良好。随访27例患儿，术后随访2~38个月，27例患儿阴茎均发育正常，效果满意。结论改良Devine术联合阴茎腹侧皮瓣移转术是治疗被误治后小儿隐匿阴茎的理想术式，该术式具有操作简单、术后恢复快、并发症少、效果满意等优点。
