摘要

2017年全球哮喘防治倡议(GINA)最大的变更是将“支气管哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征”的“综合征”去掉,改为“支气管哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠”,目的是供临床医生用于诊断的同时,鼓励其进行疾病特征、潜在机制和治疗的研究,解决临床问题呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)不做为诊断的指标,而是一种预测未来急性加重风险的独立危险因素其他更新内容包括肺功能测定频度的规定、舌下免疫治疗和儿童哮喘内容的补充.%The most important change of global initiative for asthma (GINA) 2017 is that the word'syndrome'has been removed from the previous term'asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) overlap syndrome (ACOS)'.This consensus-based description of asthma-COPD overlap is intended to encourage clinicians to further study the disease characteristics,underlying mechanisms and treatments for this common clinical problem.FENO is not an indicator for diagnosis,but it is an independent predictor of exacerbations.Other changes includes the frequency of lung function,SLIT as an add-on option and the complement of asthma in children.
