子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器官肿瘤中最常见的一种良性肿瘤,目前临床上针对该病的治疗手段有多种.本文对子宫肌瘤手术治疗适应证及手术范围的选择进行相关探讨,以避免出现该病的治疗过度或治疗不足.%Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumor of female genital organs. Recently, there are many treatments to this disease. The objective of this article is to discuss the selection of surgical indications and surgery scope,in order to avoid excessive or insufficient treatment.
