摘要

宫颈病变引起的妊娠晚期出血只占极少数,主要与子宫颈炎症、子宫颈息肉以及子宫颈癌有关.但这些妊娠期宫颈病变仍不客忽视,首先在超声排除常见的胎盘因素引起的出血外,必要时采用宫颈组织活检的进一步获得诊断,以便临床医生及时采取相应的治疗措施.%The incidence of cervical disease related to late gestational bleeding is very rare.It is mainly involved in cervicitis, cervical poly and cervical carcinoma.However, those cervical diseases should not be overlooked.Initially, those patients underwent B ultrasound examination to exclude common abnormal placental site factors, and then their cervical tissue should be biopsied to get diagnosis in order to receive approximate and prompt management.
