超级电容器用La2BiFeO6纳米纤维制备及电性能

     

摘要

静电纺丝法制备前驱体在氮气保护下900℃煅烧3 h,制得双钙钛矿型La2BiFeO6纳米纤维.用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料结构、形貌进行表征,并作为超级电容器电极材料进行电化学性能测试.数据表明:双钙钛矿型La2BiFeO6纳米纤维化合物表现出极好的电化学性能,在双电极体系中,电流密度为0.5 A/g时,比电容值可达到223.24 F/g.%La2BiFeO6 nanofiber supercapacitor electrode material was successfully prepared from a precursor by electrostatic spinning. Its surface morphology and structure were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The application of double-perovskite La2BiFeO6 nanofibers in the direction of supercapacitor was investigated. The experimental results show that the material exhibits excellent electrochemical performance. For the two-electrode system, the electrode achieved a respectable specific capacitance of 223.24 F/g at 0.5 A/g.
