添加剂改善钒电池阳极电解液稳定性研究

             

摘要

采用草酸还原法制备了含3 mol/L H2SO4+2.4 mol/L V(Ⅳ)的电解液V(Ⅳ)-H2SO,评价了硫酸氢钠、硫酸钾、硫酸氢钾和乙酸等不同添加剂提高电解液稳定性的效果,初步探讨了不同添加剂提高电解液的稳定性机理.结果表明,添加1%的硫酸氢钠、硫酸氢钾和乙酸时,其阳极电解液稳定性要优于添加1%的硫酸钾的阳极电解液.循环伏安和紫外光谱测试结果显示,添加剂不会对电解液的电化学性能产生不利影响.从交流阻抗谱数据可知,加入添加剂,可提高电解液的电导率.%The V(Ⅳ )-H2SO4 solutions were prepared by oxalate reduction method in sulfuric acid. The solubility and stability of positive vanadium electrolyte added 1% different additives (such as sodium bisulfate, potassium bisutfate and acetic acid and potassium sulfate) was investigated, and the stabilization mechanism of the electrolyte added additives was also discussed. The results show that the stability of positive vanadium electrolyte added sodium bisulfate, potassium bisulfate or acetic acid is better than that added potassium sulfate. The effect of additives on the electrochemical performance of the positive V-H2SO4 solution was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, UV-Vis absorption spectra and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results indicate that there is not unfavorable effect on the electrochemical properties of the positive vanadium electrolyte, and the conductivity of the positive vanadium electrolyte is improved slightly compared to the electrolyte without additives.
