串联谐振式高压直流电源设计

             

摘要

A kind of designing program of high-voltage DC power supply with full-bridge series resonant constant charging for capacitance loads was presented in this paper. The characteristics of the constant-current and linear charging of the series-resonant converter for small capacitance loads were introduced. Moreover, when the waveform of input power was not the strict sinusoidal waveform, the resonant voltage could be generated by the resonant loop made by higher-order harmonic components and secondary LC circuit, and would cause spark or puncture of devices such as diodes and electric capacitors. However, through choosing the numbers of doubling-voltage circuits, this phenomenon could be avoided. Finally, the designing processes of power supply and the test results were given, and a kind of improved program was presented to enhance power supply voltage.%提出一种采用全桥串联谐振变换和倍压整流的高压直流电源设计方案,分析了串联谐振变换器对小电容负载进行"等台阶"恒流线性充电的特性,当馈入源为非严格正弦波时,通过倍压电路的级数选择,可以避免高次谐波与倍压电路构成谐振回路激起很高的谐振电压产生打火或击穿电容、二极管等倍压整流器件的危害,给出了电源的设计分析,并给出了一种提高高压直流电源输出功率的方法.
