pH值对微波合成Pt/FGS电催化氧化甲醇性能的影响

         

摘要

通过在空气中低温热剥离氧化石墨制备了高比表面积功能化石墨烯薄片(FGS),利用FGS为载体,通过改变前驱体溶液的pH值,采用微波加热乙二醇法制备了不同平均粒径Pt纳米粒子的Pt/FGS催化剂.X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)与扫描透射电子显微镜法(TEM)测试结果表明,随着pH值的增大,Pt纳米粒子的粒径逐渐减小.电化学测试表明,与其它催化剂相比,pH值为7.9时所制备的催化剂具有更好的电催化氧化甲醇的性能.%Functionalized graphite sheets with high speciitc surface area were prepared through the thermal expansion of graphite oxide at low temperature in the air. Pt/FGS catalysts with different nanoparticle sizes were synthesized by microwave heating ethylene glycol via adjusting pH of precursor solution. XRD and TEM examinations show that Pt nanoparticles become smaller with the increase of pH value. The electrochemical tests show that the Pt/FGS catalyst prepared from the pH of 7.9 exhibits the better performance for methanol oxidization than other catalysts.
