聚光光伏系统的最新技术进展

摘要

The latest developments of silicon concentrator solar cell and 111-V multijunction concentrator solar cell were reviewed. The recent progress on CPV systems of the representative research institutions over the world was reported and the CPV systems were classified based on concentration ratio. The latest progress on conventional cooling methods and novel cooling methods of CPV systems were summarized. A brief discussion of CPV technology standard was presented. Finally, the prospects of CPV techonology were given.%自2006年以来,聚光光伏技术发展非常迅速.综述了聚光太阳电池的最新研究进展,包括聚光硅电池和Ⅲ-Ⅴ族多结聚光电池；按照聚光比分类介绍了国内外在研发聚光光伏系统方面有代表性的研究机构的最新状况；总结了聚光光伏系统用传统冷却技术和新型冷却技术的最新进展；评述了聚光光伏技术标准;对聚光光伏技术进行了展望.
