聚苯胺包覆r-GO/Fe3O4复合电池材料的研究

         

摘要

采用原位聚合法制得聚苯胺包覆r-GO/Fe3O4锂离子电池负极材料,通过X射线衍射、恒流充放电测试及电化学测试技术研究聚苯胺的包覆量对复合材料的组成及性能影响.结果表明,聚苯胺以无定型态分布于r-GO/Fe3O4中,其引入并未改变r-GO/Fe3O4的结构,经聚苯胺包覆后复合材料的电化学性能提升,其中聚苯胺的包覆量为0.15 mol时,复合材料的阻抗最小,首次充放电比容量分别为569.332和645.720 mAh/g,库仑效率达86.8%,经过20次循环后,库仑效率保持在98%以上,嵌锂容量保持率稳定在81.1%,循环性能良好.%PANI coated r-GO/Fe3O4 composite material as anode material of lithium ion battery was prepared by the method of Hummers.By means of X-ray diffraction,constant charge and discharge test and electrochemical testing technique,the impact of the coating amount of PANI on the composition and properties of composite materials was researched.The results show that PANI in amorphous state is distributed in the r-GO/Fe3O4,and it doesn't transform the structure of r-GO/Fe3O4.The electrochemical performance of composite materials coated by PANI is improved,and when the coating amount of PANI is 0.15 mol,the impedance is minimal.The initial charge and discharge specific capacity are 569.332 and 645.720 mAh/g,and the coulomb efficiency achieves 86.8%,which remains above 98% after 20 cycles.The capacity retention remains 81.1%,and the cycle efficiency is great.
