THE COAT COMPOSITE WITH NANO ZINC OXIDE THE OUTDOOR FABRIC WITH BOTH RESIN COATED COAT COMPOSITE AND COATED POROUS RESIN AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OUTDOOR FABRIC
The present invention relates to a coating composition with nanozinc oxide, an outdoor fabric with both surfaces coated with a resin layer including the same coating composition and a porous resin layer, and a method for manufacturing the same outdoor fabric. The coating composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of silicone resin; 1 to 5 parts by weight of an isocyanate crosslinking agent; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a catalyst; 50 to 150 parts by weight of methyl ethyl ketone; 1 to 5 parts by weight of an acid catalyst; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a repellent with respect to 1 to 10 parts by weight of nanozinc oxide dispersoids. Provided are a porous coating agent having 100 parts by weight of reactive polyurethane resin, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an isocyanate crosslinking agent, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of an acid catalyst; and a basic fabric. The resin layer including zinc oxide with a thickness of 0.5 to 10 m is formed by applying the mixed coating agent for the exterior to one surface of the base fabric, drying the coating agent at a temperature of 20 to 80 C for 30 to 40 seconds, and drying and crosslinking the coating agent to the basic fabric at a temperature of 120 to 160 C for 20 to 30 seconds. The outdoor fabric having the porous resin layer is composed by applying the mixed porous coating agent to the other surface, forming pores in the process of drying the coating agent at a temperature of 60 to 80 C for 20 to 40 seconds, and crosslinking the coating agent to the basic fabric in the process of drying the coating agent at a temperatures of 120 to 160 C for 20 to 30 seconds. Therefore, the outdoor fabric has an excellent waterproof property by coating both surfaces when applied to tents, bags, clothes, covers, cases, etc. And the outdoor fabric has an excellent repellent property by nanozinc oxide included in the resin layer containing zinc oxide, an excellent property for consistently blocking ultraviolet rays, and an excellent light property by the pores included in the porous resin layer.
