超级电容器与锂离子电池在结构及制备工艺上的相同点,使得利用现有的锂离子电池生产设备制作超级电容器成为可能.但由于超级电容器常采用纤维素隔膜,无法实现上机卷绕.提出了利用具有高子孔隙率的动力型锂离子电池隔膜来代替纤维素隔膜制作超级电容器的方案,旨在实现上机卷绕的同时保证超级电容器的性能.电化学测试结果表明,利用动力型锂离子电池隔膜制作的超级电容器与纤维素隔膜制作的样品性能并无明显差异.%The similarities in the structure and preparation process between supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries make it possible to use equipment of lithium-ion battery to produce supercapacitor.However,the cellulose membrane of supercapacitor fails to be achieved on a winding machine.A solution that high porosity of power lithium-ion battery separator instead of cellulose membrane used in supercapacitor was proposed,aiming at realizing the winding process by machine and maintaining the performance of supercapacitor.The electrochemical results demonstrate there is no significant difference in supercapacitors with lithium ion battery separator and samples using cellulose membrane.
