热辐射对电动汽车电池组分冷散热性能的影响

         

摘要

For studying the influence of heat radiation on the natural air-cooling performance of small electric vehicle batteries,the simulation of the temperature field of the batteries under the condition of natural air-cooling was conducted in software Fluent.The influence of radiation temperature and inlet temperature on the air-cooling performance of battery pack was studied in detail.The results show that the heat radiation has a great influence on the air-cooling performance of battery pack and the influence of heat radiation can not be ignored in the design of battery cooling system.%为了研究热辐射对小型电动汽车电池组自然风冷散热性能的影响,利用Fluent软件对在自然风冷情况下电池组的温度场进行仿真分析.研究了辐射温度和进气温度对电池组散热性能的影响.结果表明,热辐射对电池组风冷散热性能影响较大,在电池组散热系统设计时不能忽略热辐射的影响.
