研究了超细玻璃纤维(AGM)隔板材料饱和度与变电站阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池寿命之间的关系.对饱和度不同的5只电池分别进行放电深度(DOD)循环寿命实验,其中AMG隔板材料的饱和度为90% ~ 98%,这使阀控式铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命得到很大提升.经过实验发现,阀控式铅酸蓄电池正极活性物质充电不足会导致隔板材料的饱和度越高,阀控式铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命越短.%The main research contents were the relationship between separator material saturation and the cycle life of valve regulated lead acid battery used in substations.The main content of the test was carrying out DOD (deep circulation,i.e.,discharge 100%) cycle life test for 5 batteries with different saturation degree.The saturation of AMG separator material was 90%-98%,which made the cycle life of valve regulated lead acid battery to be greatly improved.It was found that the valve regulated lead-acid battery positive electrode active material shortage would lead to higher saturation of the separator material and shorter cycle life of the valve controlled lead-acid battery.
