基于回跳电压的锰酸锂电池组SOC估算研究

         

摘要

The definition of the battery state of charge (SOC) was briefly analyzed,that the rebound voltage of the battery offline instant and the battery SOC with certain proportional relationship through the battery Thevenin model was deduced.The manganese acid lithium battery discharge rate,depth of discharge(DOD) factors were considered,such as cases,experimental study on the relationship between the battery rebound voltage of offline instant and the battery SOC.Eventually a function of the rebound voltage and the battery SOC were established.The error analysis results show that the maximum relative error is less than 5%.This method had real time measurement,small error and small amount of calculation,etc.%分析了电池荷电状态SOC的定义,通过电池的Thevenin模型推导出电池离线瞬间产生的回跳电压与电池荷电状态SOC具有一定的正比关系.在考虑了锰酸锂电池组的放电率、放电深度等因素的情况下,对电池离线瞬间产生的回跳电压与电池荷电状态SOC的关系进行实验研究,建立回跳电压和电池荷电状态SOC的函数关系.误差分析结果表明,相对误差最大不超过5%.该方法具有实时测量、误差小和计算量小等特点.
