锂离子电池硅/石墨烯复合材料的研究进展

         

摘要

为了有效改善硅/石墨烯复合材料的电化学性能,从制备条件及其结构方面进行探讨总结,分析它们对其电化学性能的影响规律.讨论了化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备条件以及不同复合结构,如夹层结构、包覆结构、嵌入结构之间电化学性能的差异,其中夹层结构具有相对较好的电化学性能,进而分析内部不同夹层形式之间电化学性能的变化规律,以期为硅/石墨烯复合锂离子电池负极材料的商业化应用提供指导意义.%In order to efficiently improve the electrochemical performance of silicon/graphene composites,the structure and preparation conditions were discussed,and the influence law of different structures on the electrochemical performance was analyzed.The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) preparation condition and electrochemical performance between different composite structures (sandwich structure,coating structure and embedding structure) were discussed,in which the sandwich structure has better electrochemical properties.The change rule of the electrochemical properties was analyzed between different interlayer forms so as to provide guidance significance for the commercial application of silicon/graphene composites as lithium ion battery anode materials.
