825例盐酸氨溴索注射液致不良反应/事件分析

摘要

Objective To explore the general rule and characteristics of adverse drug reactions/adverse events(ADRs/AEs) induced by ambroxol hydrochloride injection, so as to provide references for rational clinical use. Methods The sex, age, medical reasons, combined medication, medication ways and main clinical manifestation of the patients were statistically analyzed. Results Children are more likely to develop ADRs/AEs induced by ambroxol hydrochloride injection.There is contraindication in drug combination, which is easy to cause turbidity and precipitation after mixing in the infusion tube. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of ADRs/AEs induced by ambroxol hydrochloride are complex and diverse, and there are many contraindications in drug combination.%目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液致不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对患者性别、年龄、用药原因、合并用药情况、用药途径、主要临床表现情况进行统计分析.结果 盐酸氨溴索注射液致ADR儿童更易发生,ADR的主要症状以皮肤及其附件、全身性损害、消化系统为多见;合并用药存在配伍禁忌,易在输液管中混合后引起浑浊、沉淀.结论 盐酸氨溴索致ADR的临床表现复杂多样,临床的合并用药多存在配伍禁忌.
