30例骨肽注射液致不良反应分析

摘要

Objective To summarize Adverse Drug Reaction of ossotide for jection, more attention would been paid for ADR of ossotide in the clinical.Methods Thirty cases reports on ADR of ossotide for injection ranging from 2005 to 2009 were collected by statistically classified and analyzed.Results The allergic reaction was most common in the case reports on ADR of ossotide for jection abount 70％.Ossotide all caused other ADR, such as high level of WBC or calcium, and so on.Conclusion Attention should be paid to ADR of ossotide for injection to ensure safe and rational drug use.%目的 分析骨肽注射液致不良反应的情况,引起临床对骨肽注射液出现的不良反应的重视.方法 对2005～2009年间国内公开发表的骨肽注射液30例不良反应报道进行进行整理、归纳、分析.结果 在骨肽注射液不良反应案例中,过敏反应情况最常见,占70%,其他不良反应还有白细胞升高、血钙水平升高等.结论 临床在使用骨肽注射液时应加强对其不良反应的预防和监测.
